Please note that we are unable to refill the work of other lash technicians, as we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality results from our own craftsmanship. Remember: For it to be deemed a refill, you must still have 40–50% of your original set of lashes; anything less will be a full set. Before scheduling your refill, please get in touch with us if you're unsure. Refill appointments must be made within 2 to 3 weeks; otherwise, regardless of the number of lashes you have, anything done after that time will be deemed a full set.
Cancellation Policy
Effective Dec 13, 2024. Before scheduling an appointment, please review and understand the following policies: Account Creation Create an account to manage your appointments and redeem rewards. Information & Preparation Review our FAQs, preparation, and aftercare instructions to ensure the best experience. Email Communication Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder for appointment details and confirmations. Payments & Deposits Deposits: Non-refundable but transferable with at least 48 hours’ notice. Transfers must occur within 14 days and are allowed once. Starting October 2, 2024: Select services will require a 50% deposit of the remaining balance. Cancellations within 48 hours: Result in loss of deposit plus a 50% remaining balance fee. Cancellations within 24 hours: Result in 100% remaining balance fee. Rescheduling after 48 hours: Requires an additional $20 deposit via invoice. Deposits are forfeited if rescheduled more than once. Payment Methods: Cash: No tax. Debit/Credit: +13% HST. In-person credit card payments: +2.65% fee. Late Arrivals Arrivals 15 minutes late incur a $15 fee. Arrivals 20+ minutes late result in automatic cancellation and forfeited deposit. No-Show Policy No-shows result in lost deposits and booking restrictions. Rebooking requires payment of the previous appointment balance plus a new deposit. Refill Guidelines Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks with at least 50% of lashes remaining. No refills are accepted after 3.5 weeks or on work done by other technicians. Mini-Fills: Must be scheduled within 9 days with 75% of lashes remaining. Add-Ons Coloured lashes are available for an additional cost. Please notify us in advance to ensure availability. Aftercare & Quality Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining quality results. Follow all provided instructions. Service Refusal We reserve the right to refuse service for persistent tardiness, improper lash maintenance, or inappropriate behavior. Appointment Duration Lash extension appointments require 2–3 hours to ensure quality results. Use this time to relax and embrace self-care! Note: All sales are final.
