Booking Policy

Before scheduling an appointment, we kindly request that you carefully review and understand the following policies. These policies are in place to ensure fairness to all our valued clients. As of Jan 25th, 2025, the following guidelines are in effect:

APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT

  • Create an Account: Please create an account before booking to manage appointments such as rescheduling and redeem rewards efficiently.

  • Information and Preparation: Familiarize yourself with FAQs, Preparation, and Aftercare Instructions before scheduling.

PAYMENT & RESCHEDULING

  • Deposits must be completed to confirm appointment.

  • Non-refundable deposits can be transferred with more than 48-hour notice.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours result in loss of deposit and 50% remaining balance fee.

  • Rescheduling after 48 hours requires an additional $20 deposit.

  • Please refrain from rescheduling more than once, otherwise deposit will be forfeited. 

  • Payment Method: Cash (no tax), debit or credit (+13% HST) at the end of appointment.

  • In person credit card payments are subjected to a (+2.65%) fee. 

IMPORTANT

  •  We reserve the right to refuse service for persistent tardiness, improper maintenance, or inappropriate behavior.

  • All Sales Final – Please review and agree to all policies before booking.

  • For safety and focus, no guests are allowed in the studio.

LATES & NO SHOWS

  • Punctuality is key to ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and may result in a late fee or the full service amount being charged to the card on file. Rescheduling is subject to availability and discretion.

  • We value your time and ours, so to maintain the quality of service for everyone, late arrivals may need to be adjusted accordingly. 

AFTERCARE & REFILLS 

  • Follow aftercare – Proper care ensures the best retention and lash health.

  • Book refills on time – Every 2-3 weeks with 40-50% of lashes remaining. No refills after 3.5 weeks.

  •  Verify mini-fills – Must be within 9 days with 75% of lashes intact. Send photos if unsure.

  •  No foreign fills – Book ‘Removal & Full Set Deposit’ if you have lashes from another artist.

  • Respecting these policies keeps your lashes looking flawless and ensures the best experience!

MARCH & APRIL HOURS

Sunday & Monday: OFF

Tuesday-Wednesday: 10:00am-7:30pm

Thursday: 11:00am-7:30pm

Friday & Saturday: 10:30am-6:30pm

BEFORE/AFTER hour appointments that start or finish outside designated hours are charged at an additional +$30 fullset, +$20 refill or +$20 lami/lift. Please contact to book.
